Q. What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. 

Q. Can I bring a picnic into the event arena?

No, unfortunately, NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE EVENT ARENA. With the exception of sealed bottles of water and baby food. You're welcome to bring an empty container to fill at the free water points onsite.

Q. Are there any gluten-free or vegetarian food available?

Yes, both will be available.

Q. What can't I bring to the event?

No gas bottles, canisters or similar

No gazebos can be bought into the main event field.

No animals

No goods for unauthorized trading

No items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

No Chinese/sky lanterns

No drones

No Professional Video Cameras or Recording Equipment

No generators

No glass

No illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs

No portable laser equipment and pens

CARER / PA TICKETS

We provide complimentary standard tickets for Personal Assistants/Carers. If you wish to book a VIP ticket and require a PA/Carer ticket, you will only need to cover the cost of the VIP upgrade — the standard ticket portion remains complimentary.

Please do not book a ticket for your PA/Carer yourself, as these are manually issued by us once proof of eligibility has been received and approved. We do not offer refunds for PA/Carer tickets purchased in error.

Once eligibility is confirmed, we will issue the standard PA/Carer ticket and provide details on how to pay for the VIP upgrade if required.

PAYMENT PLANS T&C: Customers choosing to use the Payment Plan to pay for their tickets will be subject to a 15% booking fee. If you don't pay all of the installments you risk losing your order. No claim can be made to recover this money should you fail to make all the payments. All deposits are non-refundable. 

By purchasing a ticket to the festival or attending sessions at the festival you acknowledge that photographs and moving images may be taken by or on behalf of us as well as by other members of the public and that your image may be included either deliberately or accidentally in such photographs and moving images.
