Q. Is there an age limit?
The event is strictly for those over 18.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
We're afraid no dogs are allowed on site, with the exception of guide dogs.
Q. Can I bring a Gazebo into the main event field?
No gazebos can be bought into the main event field. Umbrellas or a very small tent for children to take shade are permitted. Gazebos will be stopped at the checkpoints.
Q. Can I bring a picnic into the event arena?
No, unfortunately, NO FOOD OR DRINK CAN BE TAKEN INTO THE EVENT ARENA. With the exception of sealed bottles of water. You're welcome to bring an empty container to fill at the free water points onsite.
Q. Are there any gluten-free or vegetarian food available?
Yes, both will be available.
Q. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol and enter the festival if you look under 25.
Q. I haven't received my booking confirmation and/or E-ticket, what do I do?

Q. What is the refund policy?
Ticket protection: If you want to protect your booking you can add ticket protection during the checkout process. If you choose not to add this then your booking will be non-refundable. Full T&C's can be found here: https://refundable.me/extended/en/
Q. What can't I bring to the event?
No gas bottles, canisters or similar
No gazebos can be bought into the main event field.
No animals
No goods for unauthorized trading
No items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
No Chinese/sky lanterns
No drones
No Professional Video Cameras or Recording Equipment
No generators
No glass
No illegal substances, legal highs or herbal highs
No portable laser equipment and pens

PAYMENT PLANS T&C: Customers choosing to use the Payment Plan to pay for their tickets will be subject to a 15% booking fee. If you don't pay all of the installments you risk losing your order. No claim can be made to recover this money should you fail to make all the payments. All deposits are non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket to the festival or attending sessions at the festival you acknowledge that photographs and moving images may be taken by or on behalf of us as well as by other members of the public and that your image may be included either deliberately or accidentally in such photographs and moving images.
